The white glaze modifies the appearance of the underlying layer. The Glaze covers almost all underglaze details. Without lead content the glaze is food-safe

The White glossy glazes are frit based. The zircon silicate is a cover element that is melted in the frit. The glazes show high covering properties and chemical resistance. They are used for the production of food vessels, tiles or as an additional diluent in semi-hard glazes for ceramic products. They are suitable as majolica glazes and for subsequent decoration with overglaze colors, decals, gold and platinum preparations and lustres.

They are suitable for glazing both white and colored clay products. Glazes can be colored in pastel shades by adding of ceramic pigment. The glaze from the Aventurine-series can be applied to them in order to create a flowing effect.

Dry powder White Glaze Stoneware

This glaze is to be dissolved in water. Check consistency should be between single cream and milk. Add more water if desired. Always slow fire lead-free glazes for best results. The white glazes should be filtered before use !!!
